Used the product for the first time and… Used the product for the first time and learned I did not know how to do a proper kegel. I'm in my mid 50s and my results were predictable -- weak. I do feel a strange burning sensation in my perineum area. I hope it's fatigue. Seems like the product does what it is supposed to do. I'll stay at it to improve my urinary and sexual health.

Good for beginners My pelvis are still fairly weak from having pelvic symphysis, so this was a challenge for me at first. I could even feel the burn in my abdominal muscles the first few days. Product feels well made, and heavy duty.
