Makes doing Kegel exercise less of a chore. I honestly never thought doing kegels could be fun..I hated it so much I was always skipping it. But the fact that Perifit made it pretty cool and fun with games…amazing idea!! I do it almost every day now, and I can see a difference in my incontinence after few weeks of use. Thank you!!

Very easy to use Just read the instructions, it is very easy to use. Its not uncomfortable to sit on I just to have to be stay consistant with using it as stated.

Used the product for the first time and… Used the product for the first time and learned I did not know how to do a proper kegel. I'm in my mid 50s and my results were predictable -- weak. I do feel a strange burning sensation in my perineum area. I hope it's fatigue. Seems like the product does what it is supposed to do. I'll stay at it to improve my urinary and sexual health.
