AUGood for beginners My pelvis are still fairly weak from having pelvic symphysis, so this was a challenge for me at first. I could even feel the burn in my abdominal muscles the first few days. Product feels well made, and heavy duty.

GBMakes doing kegals consistently easier. Sure I can and have been doing k's for a while. But this "trainer" elevates my practice to more consistent in time, intensity. I have a routine everyday. I put the trainer in a conspicuous place to remind me and then read the newspaper while doing. I like the vibration to keep me on track. Sure I could possibly do without it but I like/need the structure.
