Resolved Issue I had a recent concern/issue with loading of Career Prep lessons for students; they weren't showing up for some reason. I reached out through the support portal and had a resolution within a very reasonable amount of time. Well done typing.com.

High quality and open typing course Very flexible and stable online typing course with transparent pricing tiers. I like the dashboard where I can see my class in action and do any administrative work needed (account management, lost passwords, ...). Thank you for adding so many different keyboard setups :)

Customer Support is GREAT and EFFICIENT I sync my classes with GoogleClassroom and had a question about deleting a student. They responded quickly and solved my problem. Actually, it was also available on their "FAQ" but I had not read it correctly. My middle school students benefit greatly with typing.com and it has helped them tremendously.

How to videos is not support for breaks in service. After repeated emails back and forth with support including screen captures to resolve an issue, I keep getting sent how to videos. Failure to read thoroughly the issue is rampant in the support department that I have worked with. So far, several of the premium functions fail such as the real time activity monitor and the assignments functions. The only real reason to pay for this is to remove advertisements.

Easy data collection and an affordable "Ad Free" Premium typing software I was looking for an affordable typing program for my Middle School keyboarding class students. The typing.com software provided me with a great way to track data on individual student's performances and growth. Since the Premium package was so affordable, under $350 for 115 students, I could jump them into the "Ad Free" version and have them work with less to no lag on their typing lessons. I highly recommend typing.com for any keyboarding class or an independent student who wants to improve their skills.
