Have an email confirmation saying your renewal fee won't be taken, it was and now 5 emails to customers services later and still no reply. Based on other reviews below I hold out little hope of seeing this substantial amount of money again. Disgusting.

They will auto-renew you an outrageous… They will auto-renew you an outrageous amount of $250 without proper notice. I used this platform one time. Stay away from this company, they love to steal their customers money.

Tried to take money from my credit card… Tried to take money from my credit card never signed up with them and never even heard of them. Asked for information of who signed up and used my credit card they said they have no information, which they must have if someone signed up. Absolutely disgusting company just lie and claim they can’t help you after trying to defraud my credit card. Beware

Deceitful company Wife bought Masterclass last year. Watched a few short series. Forgot about it due to the limited interesting content. She bought it at a discount "buy 1, get 2". We've tried to redeem that 2nd membership. Only got errors from the website. Funny thing, I receive an email the day after the 2nd "free" membership that we never were able to activate to tell me they've fixed the issue and now it should work. At that point, we can't activate it and support will not do anything about this. If you ask me, this is intentional and really just a deceitful marketing scheme. Overall, too expensive for the limited amount of short interesting content. Will not touch again and recommend you do the same.

Beware! Scam! Scam! You can never cancel your subscription. I made my subscription for my first year and I didn't like it so I decided to not renew. The following year they took the money, which I understand as I didn't actively cancel my subscription. So after they took the money I tried to cancel my subscription and you just can't. They refer you to a fake page that doesn't exist where you theoretically cancel your membership, but it literally doesn't exist. I reached out to customer support and they just kept asking for requests to make it difficult. I eventually called my bank and blocked this horrible website and reported it to the fraud department.
