They have charged me for two years even… They have charged me for two years even after receiving my emails with cancellation requests. Even after contacting them a couple of minutes after the automated payment, they refuse to cancel my profile and refund the money. Ignorant and greedy company.

Absolute charlatans that like others… Absolute charlatans that like others have said before make it impossible to cancel. Have an email confirmation saying your renewal fee won't be taken, it was and now 5 emails to customers services later and still no reply. Based on other reviews below I hold out little hope of seeing this substantial amount of money again. Disgusting.

Beware! Scam! Scam! You can never cancel your subscription. I made my subscription for my first year and I didn't like it so I decided to not renew. The following year they took the money, which I understand as I didn't actively cancel my subscription. So after they took the money I tried to cancel my subscription and you just can't. They refer you to a fake page that doesn't exist where you theoretically cancel your membership, but it literally doesn't exist. I reached out to customer support and they just kept asking for requests to make it difficult. I eventually called my bank and blocked this horrible website and reported it to the fraud department.

High production quality, but the rest is meh. Fraudulent offers (if you buy during a 2 for 1 Promo there is no money back guarantee). The support team has horrible response times and refuses to create viable invoices. EDIT: After writing this review, Masterclass refunded the money. I respect this, but it's a pity you have to write a bad review first.

I was charged $240 CAD when I shouldn’t… I was charged $240 CAD when I shouldn’t have been; I called Customer Service and honestly expected a long drawn out argument but the agent I spoke to understood what had happened and didn’t argue at all, he just said a refund would be issued in 5-10 business days. The full amount was actually refunded and deposited into my bank account within 30 minutes. I was so relieved! I do agree it’s impossible to cancel a trial, I couldn’t find a way either like some others are saying. I haven’t been with MC long enough for an opinion of the company but the CS agent I dealt with was wonderful.
