CADeceitful company Wife bought Masterclass last year. Watched a few short series. Forgot about it due to the limited interesting content. She bought it at a discount "buy 1, get 2". We've tried to redeem that 2nd membership. Only got errors from the website. Funny thing, I receive an email the day after the 2nd "free" membership that we never were able to activate to tell me they've fixed the issue and now it should work. At that point, we can't activate it and support will not do anything about this. If you ask me, this is intentional and really just a deceitful marketing scheme. Overall, too expensive for the limited amount of short interesting content. Will not touch again and recommend you do the same.

GBScam avoid at all costs Scam avoid at all costs. Great marketing to make you sign up but the classes are just awful. Zero informative. Just talk about themselves. Requested refund but just ignored at the minute. If I could give zero stars I would.

PTI have tried to pay for Masterclass but… I have tried to pay for Masterclass but it doesn't accept my Visa card. I contacted them before and no response.

CAI was charged $240 CAD when I shouldn’t… I was charged $240 CAD when I shouldn’t have been; I called Customer Service and honestly expected a long drawn out argument but the agent I spoke to understood what had happened and didn’t argue at all, he just said a refund would be issued in 5-10 business days. The full amount was actually refunded and deposited into my bank account within 30 minutes. I was so relieved! I do agree it’s impossible to cancel a trial, I couldn’t find a way either like some others are saying. I haven’t been with MC long enough for an opinion of the company but the CS agent I dealt with was wonderful.

GBThey have charged me for two years even… They have charged me for two years even after receiving my emails with cancellation requests. Even after contacting them a couple of minutes after the automated payment, they refuse to cancel my profile and refund the money. Ignorant and greedy company.
