They will auto-renew you an outrageous… They will auto-renew you an outrageous amount of $250 without proper notice. I used this platform one time. Stay away from this company, they love to steal their customers money.

Absolute charlatans that like others… Absolute charlatans that like others have said before make it impossible to cancel. Have an email confirmation saying your renewal fee won't be taken, it was and now 5 emails to customers services later and still no reply. Based on other reviews below I hold out little hope of seeing this substantial amount of money again. Disgusting.

Beware the gift that keeps on taking! A couple of years ago we were gifted a masterclass subscription. We were not particularly interested but apparently signed up for a couple of courses that we never viewed. To sign up we had to enter a credit card and for three years were charged $180/year though we never used the service. The charges hit at the first of the year and - our bad - we did not review the cc statements and the charges were included in same statements as our holiday spending. This year we saw the charge, challenged it and Masterclass refunded this year's charge and canceled the auto renewal. Masterclass refused to refund the prior years' charges.

Consumers Beware! Masterclass will not allow refund if a gift is “redeemed” which means just accessing the site means you are stuck even if no class is opened. I asked to cancel the gift after 10 mins on the site - never opened a lecture - refused simply because gift was “redeemed.” Master Class replied claiming that I am working with them to resolve the problem. That is false. I submitted this review only after refund was refused. Nothing is pending.
