GBWoke Overload I found a few classes I loved, by people who are top notch at what they do and terrific at teaching it. However just a few. Masterclass is shamelessly "woke" - and I'm saying this as someone who's never been a conservative or voted Republican. MC offers a class on how to succesfully perform womanface (how admirable!), a class from Bill Clinton, and others from luminaries across the corporate media and academic liberal spectrum. Not a single thought leader who has a background or viewpoint that incompatible with predominant woke ideology. The few classes I liked weren't ideological at all, just great teachers.

NLBeware! Scam! Scam! You can never cancel your subscription. I made my subscription for my first year and I didn't like it so I decided to not renew. The following year they took the money, which I understand as I didn't actively cancel my subscription. So after they took the money I tried to cancel my subscription and you just can't. They refer you to a fake page that doesn't exist where you theoretically cancel your membership, but it literally doesn't exist. I reached out to customer support and they just kept asking for requests to make it difficult. I eventually called my bank and blocked this horrible website and reported it to the fraud department.

GBConsumers Beware! Masterclass will not allow refund if a gift is “redeemed” which means just accessing the site means you are stuck even if no class is opened. I asked to cancel the gift after 10 mins on the site - never opened a lecture - refused simply because gift was “redeemed.” Master Class replied claiming that I am working with them to resolve the problem. That is false. I submitted this review only after refund was refused. Nothing is pending.

CADeceitful company Wife bought Masterclass last year. Watched a few short series. Forgot about it due to the limited interesting content. She bought it at a discount "buy 1, get 2". We've tried to redeem that 2nd membership. Only got errors from the website. Funny thing, I receive an email the day after the 2nd "free" membership that we never were able to activate to tell me they've fixed the issue and now it should work. At that point, we can't activate it and support will not do anything about this. If you ask me, this is intentional and really just a deceitful marketing scheme. Overall, too expensive for the limited amount of short interesting content. Will not touch again and recommend you do the same.

AUThey are bloody charging me out of my… They are bloody charging me out of my pocket till I submit, bend the knee and bow down like dog. It’s a a fraudulent company people, beware! Once your in, your forever locked in. They won’t let you leave! There is no option to cancel subscription, the instructions look straightforward but really it’s just misleading. They never wanted you to leave. There should be a clear bloody visible bottom that says “cancel subscription” but they purposely erased it from their website and app. It’s now become apparent to me that there are thieves running this company. Every company has their fair share of shady business practices but boy, oh boy, masterclass is bloody unreal. You’ve pretty much sold your soul financially and emotionally.
