I have tried to pay for Masterclass but… I have tried to pay for Masterclass but it doesn't accept my Visa card. I contacted them before and no response.

High production quality, but the rest is meh. Fraudulent offers (if you buy during a 2 for 1 Promo there is no money back guarantee). The support team has horrible response times and refuses to create viable invoices. EDIT: After writing this review, Masterclass refunded the money. I respect this, but it's a pity you have to write a bad review first.

I was charged $240 CAD when I shouldn’t… I was charged $240 CAD when I shouldn’t have been; I called Customer Service and honestly expected a long drawn out argument but the agent I spoke to understood what had happened and didn’t argue at all, he just said a refund would be issued in 5-10 business days. The full amount was actually refunded and deposited into my bank account within 30 minutes. I was so relieved! I do agree it’s impossible to cancel a trial, I couldn’t find a way either like some others are saying. I haven’t been with MC long enough for an opinion of the company but the CS agent I dealt with was wonderful.

i am absolutely excited! i am absolutely excited about masterclass! i find real masters talking about their excellence. it’s a stunning quality of knowledge.
