Issues have been resolved I will like to update my review especially when it is resolved immediately. Thank you trustpilot for stepping in. Beamjobs responded to my email right after I posted the review and for that I am grateful. The issue has been resolved. This is the worst site ever. I rarely leave a bad review fro anyone because I do not want to be the reason why someone's business is red-listed. I must leave this review to help others avoid being scammed. I have written several emails to them, have yet to receive a single response. Even after cancelling my subscription they keep billing me. It's all a scam that you cannot cancel your subscription on your own so that can keep charging your account.

I would like to appreciate the customer… I would like to appreciate the customer service experience with this company, I accidentally subscribed with them and money got deducted from my account. But I reached out to them though email and they replied instantly and understood my problem, they refunded my money which come to my account in 5-10 business days. If I talk about there service, there are lots of resume templates which can help a person in career to land up there dream jobs. Thank you team for your help .

Billing issue I recently discovered a billing issue and needed customer service. I searched and couldn’t find a phone number, only an email address. Based on experience with other companies I was skeptical. However, I was pleasantly surprised at the prompt service Daniel provided! He requested a bit more information and completely resolved my issue within hours! Great job Daniel & thanks again!!
