Billing issue I recently discovered a billing issue and needed customer service. I searched and couldn’t find a phone number, only an email address. Based on experience with other companies I was skeptical. However, I was pleasantly surprised at the prompt service Daniel provided! I was currently enrolled in a… I was currently enrolled in a subscription I was not aware of after using one of their resume templates. It took me a few months to notice, I emailed there cite, I got a quick response and they were able to quickly resolve my issue.

Trial period and customer service was great! I forgot to cancel my subscription before the trial period ended and was charged ~$30. It had been about a week since the charge but I was still refunded the full amount. Although, I did not want to continue the subscription at its full price I did think the trial period was totally worth it as I did learn some useful tips about building a great resume.

I used it and with the resume from BeamJobs I got calls from companies within 1 week of applying. Easy to use and great templates. The suggestion while creating the resume are very helpful.
