I used it and with the resume from BeamJobs I got calls from companies within 1 week of applying. Easy to use and great templates. The suggestion while creating the resume are very helpful.

STELLAR Customer Support! Daniel Mays is amazing at what he does. This was my very first interaction with beamjobs.com, and I wans't expecting a response quite so quickly! I have been on CS teams that were good, but man, these guys are ON IT!! Definitely recommend beamjobs,com to anyone out here on the job hunt. The market is tough right now, and it is nice to have interactions like these , that make it easier! Would give 11 starts if I could!

Billing issue I recently discovered a billing issue and needed customer service. I searched and couldn’t find a phone number, only an email address. Based on experience with other companies I was skeptical. However, I was pleasantly surprised at the prompt service Daniel provided! Great customer service! My fiancé signed up for the service but never used it. It had charged my credit card for three months without my knowledge. When I noticed it, I emailed the company and they were extremely quick to help and solve my problem immediately. Great customer service although I can’t comment on the résumé builder part as I never used it!

Trial period and customer service was great! I forgot to cancel my subscription before the trial period ended and was charged ~$30. It had been about a week since the charge but I was still refunded the full amount. Although, I did not want to continue the subscription at its full price I did think the trial period was totally worth it as I did learn some useful tips about building a great resume.
