The interactive and brilliant Miro Board usage What do I want in the sessions? 1. More discussions and explanation of the Scrum Concepts and Implementations through sharing real life experiences (of John and fellow classmates) 2. Challenges faced real time while implementing Scrum (Example - good explanation of real life example by John on explaining Epic, Stories, DOD, Acceptance criteria). Need more of that 3. Experiences and discussions between the classmates. We did not have discussions on the difference of opinion on any question, and may be lost opportunity on seeing multiple perspectives. It could also due to time constraint for the instructor

John Miller's CSPO Course - AMAZING John Miller's CSPO course was amazing. I was engaged from beginning to end! I loved how we started with understanding user needs and crafting outcomes before diving into features and the backlog. I feel more empowered to prioritize features users really need and saying no to those that don't. Can't wait to apply these practical tools to my job right away. A great investment of 3 days of my time.

Great Instructor - Great content Whether you're experienced or have no idea what Scrum is, this course offers something for everyone. John introduced Scrum and the contents in a way that was clear and understandable. He provided real-life examples to help us apply the concepts and taught from his personal experience in Scrum rather than from a textbook. The atmosphere was friendly and engaging; the 3 days went by quickly. I have never tried being a Scrum Master officially but after this class, I am confident enough to seek out Scrum Master roles.

Engaging, comprehensive, fun online learning John was very engaging which kept us focused. He reiterated his points in various ways, making it easy to comprehend. I enjoyed using the Miro board to share thoughts so we all had a voice and then could move on to the next topic. His real world examples made it easy to understand the topics and relate to our own situations.
