John was amazing! John was amazing with the way he steered the entire session. He is witty and kept the session very interactive, not just during the breakout sessions but also during the main session when we wanted to share our experiences. He keep its simple and has very interesting way of teaching the topic without boring you. I loved how we started with understanding user needs and crafting outcomes before diving into features and the backlog. I feel more empowered to prioritize features users really need and saying no to those that don't. Can't wait to apply these practical tools to my job right away. A great investment of 3 days of my time.

John is a great teacher and the class was informative and fun! John's personality and way of teaching was perfect! He made it fun and applied it to real-life scenarios, not just work things.
