Great Experience My professor, John Miller, was clear, kind, and very intelligent. I appreciated when he used himself as an example in class and explained how he failed or could have improved in certain situations, says a lot about the kind of person and scrum master he is. He answered everyone's questions straightforwardly and gave real-world scenarios. I'm not sure if my organization is ready for scrum, but I still feel like I learned a lot that I can use in my everyday profession regardless. Would recommend.

John is a great teacher and the class was informative and fun! John's personality and way of teaching was perfect! He made it fun and applied it to real-life scenarios, not just work things. I honestly dreaded having to take a class prior to the test, but I am extremely glad I did! I intend to take the CSM certification to the next level because I enjoyed it so much.

John Miller Rocks I took John for both CSM and CSPO classes. The pace of these classes were very good and had a lot of thoughtful group activities that help conceptualize the content. John is a very knowledgeable and patient teacher. He even went out of his way to help connect me with somebody in my industry while looking for work.

I loved how we started with understanding user needs and crafting outcomes before diving into features and the backlog. I feel more empowered to prioritize features users really need and saying no to those that don't. Can't wait to apply these practical tools to my job right away. A great investment of 3 days of my time.
