John is a great teacher and the class was informative and fun! John's personality and way of teaching was perfect! He made it fun and applied it to real-life scenarios, not just work things. I honestly dreaded having to take a class prior to the test, but I am extremely glad I did! I intend to take the CSM certification to the next level because I enjoyed it so much.

John Miller ROCKS! John applies SCRUM and AGILE principles in a manner that is easily understood. He makes complex topics clear and does so while being engaging with the class. I wasn't fully sure what scrum/agile even meant until taking John's class. After the first session it finally clicked for me how these philosophies can be applied in not only the workplace, but also in life. Highly recommend John to all who are interested in learning about these principles!

Great Instructor - Great content Whether you're experienced or have no idea what Scrum is, this course offers something for everyone. John introduced Scrum and the contents in a way that was clear and understandable. He provided real-life examples to help us apply the concepts and taught from his personal experience in Scrum rather than from a textbook. The atmosphere was friendly and engaging; the 3 days went by quickly. I have never tried being a Scrum Master officially but after this class, I am confident enough to seek out Scrum Master roles.

John was amazing! John was amazing with the way he steered the entire session. He is witty and kept the session very interactive, not just during the breakout sessions but also during the main session when we wanted to share our experiences. He keep its simple and has very interesting way of teaching the topic without boring you. Find out how he uses his ELMO, HIPPO in the entirety of the session. ;) I'd definitely recommend his sessions.

We as a group have been trying to…implement SCRUM We as a group have been trying to implement SCRUM into our school setting. After taking this course, we realized that some of the things we were doing right, but then realized we had things incorrect. Now, going through this course we can go back and fix/change the things that we have been doing incorrectly.
