Excellent Training This was a great training. John Miller is an engaging and interesting teacher. Teaching over technology and not in person provides lots of challenges. John overcomes those challenges with humor and visuals. I would highly recommend this class to others who want to get their SCRUM certification.

John was amazing! John was amazing with the way he steered the entire session. He is witty and kept the session very interactive, not just during the breakout sessions but also during the main session when we wanted to share our experiences. He keep its simple and has very interesting way of teaching the topic without boring you. Find out how he uses his ELMO, HIPPO in the entirety of the session. ;) I'd definitely recommend his sessions.

John Miller's CSPO Course - AMAZING John Miller's CSPO course was amazing. I was engaged from beginning to end! I loved how we started with understanding user needs and crafting outcomes before diving into features and the backlog. I feel more empowered to prioritize features users really need and saying no to those that don't. Can't wait to apply these practical tools to my job right away. A great investment of 3 days of my time.

Look no further for the best Scrum coach!! To be honest, I was anticipating gritting my teeth through this certification process and was pleasantly surprised by John's engaging teaching approach. He made the learning material incredibly fun, interactive and surprisingly enjoyable. It is HARD to engage a remote group of folks, but John's extensive experience, down-to-earth manner and willingness to have fun with this process drew us in as remote learners and made learning about Scrum truly enjoyable.
