Very Engaging! Expected a workshop to be boring to sit through 4 hours daily. But, John, did a great job to keep us engaged and fun.

John Miller's CSPO Course - AMAZING John Miller's CSPO course was amazing. I was engaged from beginning to end! I loved how we started with understanding user needs and crafting outcomes before diving into features and the backlog. I feel more empowered to prioritize features users really need and saying no to those that don't. Can't wait to apply these practical tools to my job right away. A great investment of 3 days of my time.

Great Experience My professor, John Miller, was clear, kind, and very intelligent. I appreciated when he used himself as an example in class and explained how he failed or could have improved in certain situations, says a lot about the kind of person and scrum master he is. He answered everyone's questions straightforwardly and gave real-world scenarios. I'm not sure if my organization is ready for scrum, but I still feel like I learned a lot that I can use in my everyday profession regardless. Would recommend.

John Miller Rocks I took John for both CSM and CSPO classes. The pace of these classes were very good and had a lot of thoughtful group activities that help conceptualize the content. John is a very knowledgeable and patient teacher. He even went out of his way to help connect me with somebody in my industry while looking for work.

John was amazing! John was amazing with the way he steered the entire session. He is witty and kept the session very interactive, not just during the breakout sessions but also during the main session when we wanted to share our experiences. He keep its simple and has very interesting way of teaching the topic without boring you. Find out how he uses his ELMO, HIPPO in the entirety of the session. ;) I'd definitely recommend his sessions.
