General Surgery Applicant with the help of Dr. Ruby I am a US-IMG who applied to General Surgery for the 2024 match cycle. I worked with Dr. Ruby as my mentor at MedSchool Coach. He was a great mentor. He was readily available to take any calls or texts I had at almost any time. He was great at communicating which is essential during the match cycle. Excellent Experience After a failed application cycle, I was cynical about my chances of success in another one. Dr. Blair Nelson gave me the optimism to trust in the process from the very first meeting. Always prompt with feedback and guidance, he provided excellent constructive criticism and much needed moral support throughout the cycle. RJ was very thorough with editing during primaries and secondaries and helped me present the best version of myself on paper.
