Great Resources for USMLE Preparation Dr. Francis is an amazing teacher. He is dedicated to helping students get a deeper understanding of normal physiology, which is key to passing ALL STEP exams. I subscribed to the morning questions session and I am glad that I did. During these sessions, you not only learn how to approach USMLE questions but you also get encouragement from testimonials and support from >100 medical students who show up every morning from 6:30 - 8:00 am to learn with you. It was through these sessions that I got paired with a study partner who played a huge role in helping me prepare for the Step exam. I also recommend one-on-one tutoring sessions. They are affordable, personalized, and priceless. Lastly, I highly recommend subscribing to the pre-recorded lectures where you will learn ALL the physiology you need to learn to successfully pass the USMLE and shelf exams as well as become a better provider.

Thank you I have gained so much with this program. It is honestly frustrating that this isnt how we are taught in Med school. My only issue is with the tutoring schedule. Because I joined through AUC, our tutoring sessions are lumped together with other students but the scheduled time and day was different each week. This makes planning and working around it very difficult.

One of the reasons I went into medicine was how cerebral it could be, but once I actually got into medical school, I just seemed to be memorizing a bunch of random facts rather than achieving true understanding. Best review course I have taken, the Faculty genuinely care about the students, the students support each other, and Dr. Francis has a way of simplifying the most difficult material. First of all, Dr. Francis and his team genuinely care about the students, his team supports the students, and the students taking the course support each other and help with studying. The day flies by, because it is engaging, funny, and relevant. Dr. Francis does morning questions from Uworld, which translates to >80% on Uworld questions for most students. The only thing I regret is not taking this course sooner and more often. It is relevant no matter which step one is taking, and even relevant to specialty boards.
