Dr Francis taught us to understand… Dr Francis taught us to understand every concept, every idea, every detail so that we can work through any question we are given and not memorize. This is true learning. And by understanding we can answer anything an attending physician would ask, any question in Uworld. Every medical student should be taught this way. I. Amazing I’ve never met a doctor who has such a passion and ability to inspire like Dr Francis. He has created more than just a program but a community built on passion for medicine. He inspires a faith in students that nobody has ever had in them and it’s amazing to me. There is something very special happening with this program. It feels like the people that go through here are all created to become incredible physician that know how to reason in a deep and meaningful way. I plan to recommend this program to anyone who will listen and am so proud to have become part of this family.

Room to Improve, but Great Professor I really enjoy Dr. Francis' teaching style. He is very engaging and connects the concepts to promote understanding. He teaches physiology really well. There can be improvement with the way biochemistry and biostats is taught. It would also be helpful to have most of the lectures on the scheduled days (it has been running over time more often than not), which can be very intimidating for students that need to retake their exam soon. The course is very expensive, but does not include ethics nor practice questions or exams. I am grateful that the live course is recorded, however it does not include tutoring hours. It would be helpful if the drill ppts were made available to students. The provided Quizlet is helpful, but can also be updated as there are a few items that are incorrect. The OMM portion of the class was not communicated well during the first week and not as helpful throughout the course.

Thank you I have gained so much with this program. It is honestly frustrating that this isnt how we are taught in Med school. My only issue is with the tutoring schedule. Because I joined through AUC, our tutoring sessions are lumped together with other students but the scheduled time and day was different each week. This makes planning and working around it very difficult.

Absolute Gamechanger The PASS Program changed the way I approach organizing my knowledge of medicine. I previously was someone who relied largely on memorization and association. At PASS, I learned new information but also a new way of thinking that is concept-based and connected many dots that can remain unnoticed in medical education. I left the PASS program confident and inspired. I could approach any question I was faced with for board exams and clinically. After numerous attempts, I was finally successful in passing my medical board exam. Thank you to Dr. Francis and his staff for their dedication to changing the trajectory of many students' lives, including mine. I am very grateful.
