USTrying to Receive your product from the middleman is a nightmare The company itself, Home CEU is easy to work with, and take the tests to obtain CEU's. The company they work with to send you your ordered materials seems to be a glorified kinkos in Memphis, TN that sends you spiral bound information and consistently gets your order wrong and when you contact to resolve that tell you products you ordered from the site that is inaccurate. When you forward your order from HomeCEU they tell you they can't resolve since it conflicts with their view of what you ordered and to get HomeCEU to resolve. I placed my order on 2/26/24 and it is 3/4/24 and I'm still trying to get resolution.

USI was unable to order from your… I was unable to order from your website. A customer service representative was exceptionally helpful and I was able to order over the phone. Thank you so much for providing a textbook option for those of us who do not have a strong internet connection.
