Good variety of courses to choose from They have a good variety of courses to choose from. Navigation through the web site is easy. The only thing negative is that when the internet connection gets lost while taking a live webinar, the web re-starts the course, instead of continuing where it left.

I called back right after and got a different person and she was wonderful. She was knowledgeable, and she got me through the process quickly and easily.

Material covered was thorough and presented in a palitable way (easy to understand). There were no breaks which I liked and of course you can't beat the convince of taking the course in your own home. Took the anxiety down several levels with the ease of signing up. Great job!!:)
