Great experience! We are a new host family with CCAP. We had many agencies to choose from but went with CCAP because of their customer care. We found their communication, matching process, and availability of training/resources. Our first Au Pair will be arriving this summer and I will update about our experience then.

Incredible Experience It is a great program with excellents process. I have lived many beautiful experience here in United States, my host family is so kind with me and I am working a lot for improve my language. Support and verification can be better Support and verification can be better. We've used cultural au pair for the past 4 years and it is helpful with finding a new au pair. However the LCC support has been inconsistent with our area and our au pairs reflect that they have to figure out alot of information by themselves. It is also noted that the driving ability of the au pair is difficult to gage as well. The driving ability seems to be self-reported and can be oversold by the au pairs. We found that we often have to teach them how to drive safely.

the experience… the company can review the experience of the host family an how they want to be with the au pair, how is going to be relationship with her, how many things they are going to share.

It just makes our hearts pump so hard with joy of having the privilege to have a family across the world that love like you are they own! Cultural Care helped me with that!
