Packaging Problem.. This service and product are both exceptional. I received my order so quickly I was surprised. The only complaint I have is that one entire box of drinks had gotten damaged and leaked out before it got to me. So, to me, that depreciated the value a bit. Paying that kind of money as a consumer I would expect to get my moneys worth. It may not hurt to look at better packaging, especially for fragile product. However, it was a simple accident and as they say, "things happen!" Excellent product. Excellent service.

Awesome Company! I accidentally purchased as a guest instead of my account, so I was unable to check on the status. I contacted support and received a prompt and friendly response. As well due to a high demand at the time of my purchase they changed the sale date of the product (which didn’t bother me anyways) so that it will have a longer shelf life once shipped.

We have had some issues with expired cases... We have had some issues with expired cases being sent to us. Some cases expire 4-7 weeks from the day of delivery, we are a new gym (only 1 year old) and normally plan to place orders that will last between 3 and 4 months normally to catch a deal or limit the frequency of ordering. Our Rep Joe Assencoa has always been awesome about rectifying the mistake, and sends replacement cases. I just wanted to say thank you for this awesome customer service. I received a request for a survey… I received a request for a survey before I've even received shipping notification and the product. I loved the product at Tough Mudder, but am disappointed that when I went to track the status of my order it says to EMAIL them. Who does that? I hope it arrives soon.

Love it I work 12-14 hours shifts. I found this to be great as a mid shift pick-me-up as well as a great recovery drink after a long workout. Taste is similar to a flavored, sparkling water. I didn’t have any bad side effects, no heart palpitations or crash. One thing I will say is I wouldn’t recommend drinking it after a late workout or 5 hours before bedtime. I might just be more sensitive than others though. Great product!
