Re-Occuring Order and Grease on the cans. I love the product and have a small re-occuring order. I tried to alter and add product and was told I had to add a second order because the new on-line system would not allow me to change my re-occuring order? Seems odd. Secondly my add order this month came and all the cans had grease on the exterior. Each can had to be cleaned before the product could be drank.

We have had some issues with expired cases... We have had some issues with expired cases being sent to us. Some cases expire 4-7 weeks from the day of delivery, we are a new gym (only 1 year old) and normally plan to place orders that will last between 3 and 4 months normally to catch a deal or limit the frequency of ordering. Our Rep Joe Assencoa has always been awesome about rectifying the mistake, and sends replacement cases. I just wanted to say thank you for this awesome customer service. Love it I work 12-14 hours shifts. I found this to be great as a mid shift pick-me-up as well as a great recovery drink after a long workout. Taste is similar to a flavored, sparkling water. I didn’t have any bad side effects, no heart palpitations or crash. One thing I will say is I wouldn’t recommend drinking it after a late workout or 5 hours before bedtime. I might just be more sensitive than others though. Great product!

I order cases of the recovery drinks on… I order cases of the recovery drinks on a regular subscription. The recovery drinks are absolutely a great product. I would give them 5 stars for the product and 2 stars for the slow shipping (my current none subscription order is 11 days old and I'm still waiting for the product to arrive) and ongoing issues with their ordering system and related problems. Great product though.
