GBRe-Occuring Order and Grease on the cans. I love the product and have a small re-occuring order. I tried to alter and add product and was told I had to add a second order because the new on-line system would not allow me to change my re-occuring order? Seems odd. Secondly my add order this month came and all the cans had grease on the exterior. Each can had to be cleaned before the product could be drank.

GBI stopped ordering Kill Cliff last year… I stopped ordering Kill Cliff last year because of the lack of communication with orders. I gave it a try this month, I ordered on the 18th, never heard anything back. Emailed my rep and was told they are on back order until the 27th. It’s frustrating when you’re waiting for a product to come but even more frustrating when you aren’t informed the product you want is on back order.

GBMy overall experience with… My overall experience with KillCliff.com was mediocre. It was nothing out of the ordinary compared to other sites, and there was nothing extraordinary about the service. The website is average, so navigating it was simple. There was your standard range of products, however, I wouldn't say they had particularly unique or specialised items. It was just avarage. The customer service was okay, but nothing remarkable, and in the end i received all the necesary informtion. An ok experience, but not one I'd be rushing to recommend, unless someone was specifically looking for something avarage.

GBWe have had some issues with expired cases... We have had some issues with expired cases being sent to us. Some cases expire 4-7 weeks from the day of delivery, we are a new gym (only 1 year old) and normally plan to place orders that will last between 3 and 4 months normally to catch a deal or limit the frequency of ordering. Our Rep Joe Assencoa has always been awesome about rectifying the mistake, and sends replacement cases. I just wanted to say thank you for this awesome customer service.
