I sent several books to this company… I sent several books to this company March 2, 2024. I have been sending emails with no response. Now today I look their website up and they are showing closed. Wow what a way to do business. Why accept more books and not communicate that you are closing? This fraud. They have my product I sent which was in great condition I expect payment.

Do not sell your books with this… Do not sell your books with this company. I sent them mine and still waiting, I emailed them several times with no response. Seems like they’re closed, I still expect my book back (which is an expensive book) or the money.

Fantastic service Got exactly what was agreed to. Sold during a busy season, so it wasn't the fastest turn around but the buy back was the highest of any other site I got quotes from. Customer service was helpful when I had questions. I would definitely use this site again!

Patience is KEY I would recommend this company to anybody. Anyone I recommend it to would have to have patience because total it took almost a month to process everything. Currently I'm waiting for my check to arrive, but other than that things have ran smoothly. People will have to understand that they aren't the only ones sending books, shipping takes some time, understand it's going to a warehouse, and etc. There's just a process to it all. This was also one of the only companies that gave you a reasonable price for your book.

Surprised For what I thought was a slow processing system, I was wrong. I just got an email from a customer service representative who looked into my order more and told me to check my spam folder. If you are waiting for an order to process I would suggest making sure the email did not go to your spam folder as it did for me. This caused me to get upset thinking I wasn’t going to get the money for my textbooks, when in reality I did, I just didn’t see the email as it wasn’t in my normal folder. Customer service always responded within a day of my emails regarding any question I had on processing. If you think your order has not been processed check your spam folder, something I did not do until two weeks later. Thanks Beer Money Books for your help and patience.
