GBI had to contact them a few weeks after… I had to contact them a few weeks after a sent my books in because I hadn't heard a word from them and hadn't recieved payment. They did get back to me in a timely manner and told me they had received my books but they had to be sent to the publisher for confirmation as they are often replicated. They only thing I would change is that they send an email out when they receive the books to let the customer know what the next step is.

GBDo not sell your books with this… Do not sell your books with this company. I sent them mine and still waiting, I emailed them several times with no response. Seems like they’re closed, I still expect my book back (which is an expensive book) or the money.

GBHorrible Horrible! Definitely understand why they were immediately closed. Sucks that they have my book and money that I was supposed to get for it. Wendy was very rude and wish I never sent my book to them.

GBAmazing experience Amazing experience. Def would recommend and use again! I actually forgot my packing slip but got everything else right and the customer service reassured me everything would be fixed and work out fine. It saved my electricity from being cut off! Money came fast too

GBGot quoted for a $200 payment on Feb 7… Got quoted for a $200 payment on Feb 7 2024 still haven’t got pay out .. the company seem to be closed. If they knew they were gonna close they kept accepting books and stole from customers .
