No payment They received my order on 2/16. Never received an email about them having accepted it. It's 3/15 and I have already filled out a request through their website a week ago and emailed them again today about not having received payment. No response so far. I will give an update if any payment is ever received.

Do not sell your books with this… Do not sell your books with this company. I sent them mine and still waiting, I emailed them several times with no response. Seems like they’re closed, I still expect my book back (which is an expensive book) or the money.

Patience is KEY I would recommend this company to anybody. Anyone I recommend it to would have to have patience because total it took almost a month to process everything. Currently I'm waiting for my check to arrive, but other than that things have ran smoothly. People will have to understand that they aren't the only ones sending books, shipping takes some time, understand it's going to a warehouse, and etc. There's just a process to it all. This was also one of the only companies that gave you a reasonable price for your book.

Disappointed 😔 I sent my books to them more than a month ago , was really in need for the money, they never answered my emails and now they suddenly closed. I wish i never sent my books to them. So disappointed

Awesome BEST PLACE TO SELL BACK TEXTBOOKS EVER!!! Selling, sending, printing out the free shipping label, and instructions on how to send my books to the company was all too easy and stress-free! I got my money for my textbooks that I sold to them in a matter of just a FEW DAYS!!! better than all the other companies out there and they give the BEST sell back PRICES!!! More money in your pocket for school!!! Just wish they accepted more of my textbooks I wanted to sell back from other schools but what I did sell was enough to help get my lab manual for nursing school this semester!!!
