GBI worked with Ryan three years ago and… I worked with Ryan three years ago and still look back and say, "Wow, what a great decision!" Not only did Ryan help me get into MIT Sloan with a substantial scholarship (which is where I ended up going), but also earned acceptance to Kellogg, Columbia Business School, and NYU Stern. I was extremely satisfied with Ryan's services and how attentive he was, and am ETERNALLY GRATEFUL for what he's done for me and my career. Ryan and I keep in touch, and he's remained a mentor to me throughout, and now after, business school. He's just simply a good guy, and has your best interest at heart.

GBHighly Recommend Ryan Barba Consulting! With 6 only weeks to go before the Round 5 Admissions deadline at USC, I decided to work with Ryan (directly, not his team) to help primarily with positioning strategy and resume and essay editing. With a non traditional professional background, lower than average GPA for USC admissions (3.1), no GMAT score to prove my candidacy (requirement waived at USC for 2020 year), and applying so late in the decision cycle, I knew getting in would be a challenge. However, Ryan's knowledge in the MBA admissions process, ability to develop a convincing personal branding strategy, and superior editing skills gave my application "an edge" and I was accepted into the Part Time Program at USC with a scholarship! I also applied to the Full Time Program, and was not accepted (why I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5). I preferred to attend the Part Time Program, and was so surprised by the scholarship offer, so it really was a win in the end! I'd also like to mention that Ryan is incredibly smart, kind, and works hard for his clients. I really could not have done this without him, and cannot thank or recommend him enough!

GBAccepted to HBS and Booth :) Thanks to Ryan and his team I was accepted to 2 top programs - HBS and Chicago Booth!! I can't possibly recommend them more highly - professional, attentive, and highly-knowledgeable about the top programs and how to appeal to them. They're also expert consultants - they know how to plan ahead, keep you on track, and monitor your progress so that you're staying on top of things. Thanks so much!

GBBest MBA consultant out there! Ryan was AMAZING to work with. When I first started navigating the MBA process, I wasn’t sure how to approach it. Ryan spent some time getting to know me, what my ambitions were, and helped me select schools to apply to that would best meet my goals. My application and essays went through multiple edits, and Ryan gave me valuable feedback with each draft which greatly enhanced my application. He only takes a few candidates per year, so he can dedicate valuable time to each candidate, which is awesome. I was accepted to 3 schools: HAAS, Johnson (Cornell), and Kellogg and received $40K-$60K scholarships at Cornell and Kellogg. This could not have been possible without Ryan’s support. I’m so grateful to him.

GBSuccess story - NYU Stern RBC came recommended by one of my close friends. Ryan and his team helped him get into a top MBA program last year, and I'm very glad he pointed me toward Ryan to guide me through my MBA application journey. I worked directly with Ryan, and he was professional, punctual in his reviews, and highly constructive in his feedback. I applied during one of the most competitive years, and I had my doubts about successful admission. Ryan believed in me though, and he patiently fielded my questions and worries even when things didn't seem to be going well. In the end, I'm very excited to say that I was accepted to NYU Stern, and Ryan definitely played a crucial role in making that happen. I would highly recommend him and his team!
