GEAdmitted to five MBA programs When I started working on MBA applications, I did not know how to approach them, since as an international student, I did not have an experience of applying to US universities previously. Ryan guided me every step of the way. I really enjoyed working with Ryan: he was very honest and direct and provided unlimited essay reviews with short turnaround times. Ryan challenged me to reflect better on my past experiences and future goals. I always knew that he was ready to help me and was focused on me to prepare the best possible applications. I'm happy with both, the process and the results! I applied to 6 full time MBA programs during Round 2. It took me 3 months to prepare those applications. I was invited to interview at 5 schools and was admitted to all of them. I was admitted to Stanford GSB, Chicago Booth, Columbia, Yale SOM, and Duke Fuqua, with scholarships in the range of 70k-110k at four schools. I am very thankful to Ryan!

GBSuccess story - NYU Stern RBC came recommended by one of my close friends. Ryan and his team helped him get into a top MBA program last year, and I'm very glad he pointed me toward Ryan to guide me through my MBA application journey. I worked directly with Ryan, and he was professional, punctual in his reviews, and highly constructive in his feedback. I applied during one of the most competitive years, and I had my doubts about successful admission. Ryan believed in me though, and he patiently fielded my questions and worries even when things didn't seem to be going well. In the end, I'm very excited to say that I was accepted to NYU Stern, and Ryan definitely played a crucial role in making that happen. I would highly recommend him and his team!

GBHighly Recommend Ryan Barba Consulting! With 6 only weeks to go before the Round 5 Admissions deadline at USC, I decided to work with Ryan (directly, not his team) to help primarily with positioning strategy and resume and essay editing. With a non traditional professional background, lower than average GPA for USC admissions (3.1), no GMAT score to prove my candidacy (requirement waived at USC for 2020 year), and applying so late in the decision cycle, I knew getting in would be a challenge. However, Ryan's knowledge in the MBA admissions process, ability to develop a convincing personal branding strategy, and superior editing skills gave my application "an edge" and I was accepted into the Part Time Program at USC with a scholarship! I also applied to the Full Time Program, and was not accepted (why I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5). I preferred to attend the Part Time Program, and was so surprised by the scholarship offer, so it really was a win in the end! I'd also like to mention that Ryan is incredibly smart, kind, and works hard for his clients. I really could not have done this without him, and cannot thank or recommend him enough!

GBRyan was an integral part of my MBA… Ryan was an integral part of my MBA admissions process. His insight as an MBA graduate is a real competitive edge when applying. He cares deeply about his clients and invests his time, energy, and passion to help achieve their goals. With his assistance, I received an acceptance letter to Cornell University. Thank you, Ryan!

SGGreat Admissions Consultant! Ryan was incredibly helpful, insightful, and a great resource for me to rely on to get through the process. He helped me identify key areas to focus on / strengths of my experience and helped craft essays (and a resume) that put my best foot forward to the admissions committee. His interview prep and mock interview were also very helpful in preparing for any and all questions that would be asked during the interview so I wasn't blind sided at all. I was well rehearsed without sounding robotic. Acceptances: Yale SOM NYU Stern UVA Darden Cornell Johnson (18k / year scholarship) UCLA Anderson (30k / year scholarship)
