Hi Tommy I like to give you some… Hi Tommy I like to give you some positive news regarding the self love you teach or help ppl find actually. Today like most days I took off for my run and usually my thoughts are good while running. Today I was actually talking to myself as I ran. Instead of thinking come on come on, you're not fit. You're not strong, I changed it to go for it Scott..come on Scott you're smashing it..look at you go Scott..I was using my name but the most interesting thing was I started to cry while running but only when I said my name..I'm proud if you Scott.. I just cried. What you are helping me with is nothing short of a miracle for me. To praise myself and using my name felt so good. What you are teaching is an absolute blessing, seriously Tommy I felt myself let go of something I can't explain and the tears flow but in a healing manner not a sad way. I know this makes sense to you but for me personally I've spent 40 years beating myself up and i just can't thank you enough. I'm super good at praising everyone else in my life I just didn't realise how important it is for self praise, self love. You are a miracle man for me.. He is just what I need in this stage of my healing journey and helping me to truly connect with, love, accept, and understand all parts within me. Everyone should work with Tommy … I just want to express how incredible Tommy is! After 10 years and thousands of dollars later I found Tommy and he helped me tremendously even by our second session.
