Today like most days I took off for my run and usually my thoughts are good while running. Today I was actually talking to myself as I ran. Instead of thinking come on come on, you're not fit. You're not strong, I changed it to go for it Scott..come on Scott you're smashing it..look at you go Scott..I was using my name but the most interesting thing was I started to cry while running but only when I said my name..I'm proud if you Scott.. I just cried. What you are helping me with is nothing short of a miracle for me. To praise myself and using my name felt so good. What you are teaching is an absolute blessing, seriously Tommy I felt myself let go of something I can't explain and the tears flow but in a healing manner not a sad way. I know this makes sense to you but for me personally I've spent 40 years beating myself up and i just can't thank you enough. I'm super good at praising everyone else in my life I just didn't realise how important it is for self praise, self love. You are a miracle man for me.. Tommy is the best I attended to Master Your Mind, Master Your Life 2 Day Challenge. Tommy offered all of us many helpful informations on how to master our brain and have a better life. He did laser coachings with some of us in a loving and non judgemental way. Even if I could not attend in laser coaching because of time difference, I could see myself in some of the others questions. And beside the long time Tommy spent with us, there was no selling attached to the event. And that was really my first event without selling something (and I attended many different events in my life).
