He is just what I need in this stage of my healing journey and helping me to truly connect with, love, accept, and understand all parts within me. My sessions with him is truly helping me to heal, move forward, and become the person I was meant to be. He is showing me a new way to communicate with my wounded parts, all parts within me, in such a loving and caring manner and helping me to heal my codependency, attachment issues to feel safe, trust, and love myself. Hi Tommy I like to give you some… Hi Tommy I like to give you some positive news regarding the self love you teach or help ppl find actually. Today like most days I took off for my run and usually my thoughts are good while running. Today I was actually talking to myself as I ran. Instead of thinking come on come on, you're not fit. You're not strong, I changed it to go for it Scott..come on Scott you're smashing it..look at you go Scott..I was using my name but the most interesting thing was I started to cry while running but only when I said my name..I'm proud if you Scott.. I just cried. What you are helping me with is nothing short of a miracle for me. To praise myself and using my name felt so good. What you are teaching is an absolute blessing, seriously Tommy I felt myself let go of something I can't explain and the tears flow but in a healing manner not a sad way. I know this makes sense to you but for me personally I've spent 40 years beating myself up and i just can't thank you enough. I'm super good at praising everyone else in my life I just didn't realise how important it is for self praise, self love. You are a miracle man for me.. I highly recommend Tommy to help anyone… I highly recommend Tommy to help anyone on their self discovery journey. He goes back to the little child in all of us where most of our limiting beliefs started. Tommy is compassionate and puts you at ease whilst diving deep into your subconscious mind. Unique experience & knowledge, fantastic at what he does Tommy was very good to reach out to me in a time that I needed it, & kept doing that which showed he cared. Came across as genuine, warm & intelligent with his free session before switching into scheduled sessions. He has one of the best skills that even professionals cant do which are listening & presents. He is able to tell you the truth & education you, not just tells you things. Tommy has set out to educate you & then apply what he has taught you, he is able to make the complex into simplicity. I would say he is better then some professionals out there that are only academic. Which I'm able to see how the system has kept me suck & failed me but with Tommy he has given me more knowledge & a different way to think from the rest.
