I have been following Tommy for a few… I have been following Tommy for a few years now, his work and thoughts on the topic of recovering Trauma are ground breaking. This is very important work that should be an individuals top priority. Especially if starting a business, managing other people and team building. You can hardly managage others if you have symptoms of CPTSD, much less manage others. Get healed is the first step one must take prior to embarking on any sort of self help program etc. Tommy know's the path, you only need follow it and do the work.

Amazing I had several sessions with Tommy, and I can say that his method is wonderful. He lovingly guides you in your process and teaches you many tools so that you can continue working on your own. He has a very deep knowledge of how our mind works. I recommend his book as well, as everything he offers.

Judgement free! Judgement free is the first word that comes to mind working with Tommy. I have seen positive results from the very first session. These positive results have spilled into other areas of life. Tommy's approach is different than the majority and so are his results! Before working with Tommy, experienced extreme anxiety, fear and negativity. After working with Tommy I am able to reduce anxiety and fear. I experience calmness, peace and hope. Tommy helped be finally to combine in my mind full picture, what I read from his book, or got from other experts was not enough because it did not gave me 3d view. But during live session with other people I was able to put myself in shoes of other people, understand everything that I read and apply to myself to cut off bad beliefs that was deep in my mind and generated bad feelings and enabled protective mechanisms that block me from moving forward.
