Even the first session opened my eyes to understand my mind and the situations I was struggling with, felt I've learnt alot about myself already. Definitely recommend 💯

I was referred to Tommy by a good… I was referred to Tommy by a good friend that highly recommended him. After my first meeting with him, I understood why. Tommy’s approach is one that helps understand why the mind does what it does. Then goes further in to how to use that understanding. If you know how something works, you have a much better success rate of making life better for oneself. Tommy is absolutely amazing and I look forward to every session with him. He has helped me to be a better person and I am now the happiest I have been in decades. He can help you too.

He is just what I need in this stage of my healing journey and helping me to truly connect with, love, accept, and understand all parts within me. My sessions with him is truly helping me to heal, move forward, and become the person I was meant to be. Unique experience & knowledge, fantastic at what he does Tommy was very good to reach out to me in a time that I needed it, & kept doing that which showed he cared. Came across as genuine, warm & intelligent with his free session before switching into scheduled sessions. He has one of the best skills that even professionals cant do which are listening & presents. He is able to tell you the truth & education you, not just tells you things. Tommy has set out to educate you & then apply what he has taught you, he is able to make the complex into simplicity. I would say he is better then some professionals out there that are only academic. Which I'm able to see how the system has kept me suck & failed me but with Tommy he has given me more knowledge & a different way to think from the rest.
