Tommy helped be finally to combine in my mind full picture, what I read from his book, or got from other experts was not enough because it did not gave me 3d view. But during live session with other people I was able to put myself in shoes of other people, understand everything that I read and apply to myself to cut off bad beliefs that was deep in my mind and generated bad feelings and enabled protective mechanisms that block me from moving forward.
