Today like most days I took off for my run and usually my thoughts are good while running. Today I was actually talking to myself as I ran. Instead of thinking come on come on, you're not fit. You're not strong, I changed it to go for it Scott..come on Scott you're smashing it..look at you go Scott..I was using my name but the most interesting thing was I started to cry while running but only when I said my name..I'm proud if you Scott.. I just cried. What you are helping me with is nothing short of a miracle for me. To praise myself and using my name felt so good. What you are teaching is an absolute blessing, seriously Tommy I felt myself let go of something I can't explain and the tears flow but in a healing manner not a sad way. I know this makes sense to you but for me personally I've spent 40 years beating myself up and i just can't thank you enough. I'm super good at praising everyone else in my life I just didn't realise how important it is for self praise, self love. You are a miracle man for me.. Sorry for messaging you I know you have many ppl to help..Thanks Man!!!

I really appreciated those who shared their experiences and struggles and seeing how Tommy uses this method to work through at the root cause. Tommy helped be finally to combine in my mind full picture, what I read from his book, or got from other experts was not enough because it did not gave me 3d view. But during live session with other people I was able to put myself in shoes of other people, understand everything that I read and apply to myself to cut off bad beliefs that was deep in my mind and generated bad feelings and enabled protective mechanisms that block me from moving forward.
