I have been following Tommy for a few… I have been following Tommy for a few years now, his work and thoughts on the topic of recovering Trauma are ground breaking. This is very important work that should be an individuals top priority. Especially if starting a business, managing other people and team building. You can hardly managage others if you have symptoms of CPTSD, much less manage others.
