I really appreciated those who shared their experiences and struggles and seeing how Tommy uses this method to work through at the root cause. Judgement free! Judgement free is the first word that comes to mind working with Tommy. I have seen positive results from the very first session. These positive results have spilled into other areas of life. Tommy's approach is different than the majority and so are his results! Before working with Tommy, experienced extreme anxiety, fear and negativity. After working with Tommy I am able to reduce anxiety and fear. I experience calmness, peace and hope.
