GBGreat customer service I bought a Super Summary from Amazon. I was disappointed because the font was quite small and the color was light gray, leaving it impossible for me to read. I contacted SS and within a day they responded that Amazon does their own printing and they can’t control that. But they generously sent me the PDF copy of my book and offered a second one for free. I was very impressed by the quality and professionalism of the customer service which, in turn, reflected positively on the company.

CNMy best experience First of all, the materials provided by SuperSummary are the most comprehensive and accurate ones I’ve ever used. Second, the customer service is the best. I can get a prompt reply from them when I encountered any problem.
