Kind and honest I accidentally renewed my subscription and at this time the $ were too high as I’ma retired teacher. Though I had not canceled in time, they made sure my money was returned. So not only are they a great source for analysis, they are kind and honest.

Kinda feel like an absolute scam. Edit: My refund was given to me pretty rapidly after I took down my Paypal dispute, and the support was kind even though the first message they send me looked like a threat. TY

Great customer service I bought a Super Summary from Amazon. I was disappointed because the font was quite small and the color was light gray, leaving it impossible for me to read. I contacted SS and within a day they responded that Amazon does their own printing and they can’t control that. But they generously sent me the PDF copy of my book and offered a second one for free. I was very impressed by the quality and professionalism of the customer service which, in turn, reflected positively on the company.
