GBCanceling subscription Although I was not able to find a phone number to speak to someone about my cancelled subscription the e-mail function worked and I was able to get a refund. I gave a lower score because there was no prior notice that my subscription was renewing.

FRSlow customer service on refund EDIT: issue resolved Slow customer service on refund, where I tell that I signed up for a monthly payment, got charged the whole year. Kinda feel like an absolute scam. Edit: My refund was given to me pretty rapidly after I took down my Paypal dispute, and the support was kind even though the first message they send me looked like a threat. TY
