GBCanceling subscription Although I was not able to find a phone number to speak to someone about my cancelled subscription the e-mail function worked and I was able to get a refund. I gave a lower score because there was no prior notice that my subscription was renewing.

GB3-12-24 attempt to set up account! On 3-12-24 on line, I gave you my credit card to set up an account. Since that time, I have not been able to open any of the complete summaries so your service is unusable. You don't give a telephone number so that we can actually talk. You already have my email which I gave when I set up the account.
