INExpressing gratitude for Fernando Villalobos Expressing gratitude for Fernando Villalobos. He has been amazing in helping us resolve issues on The Growth Institute, providing clarifying information and providing support with lightening speed. Thank you, Fernando. We are very happy with The Growth Institute as the platform helps me to spend less time teaching; and more time coaching my clients to implement the scaling-up methodology. GBImmeasurable value! The learnings from the coaches & fellow students has been immensely valuable. Both Herb & Zahir are experts at what they do and bring their experiences to life when explaining course sections. As there is much to absorb, a future enhancements may be to extend the length of the course and organize around development of the OPSP. yes, everything leads to the OPSP, but in learning new terms/ways of thinking, would be helpful to orient the information to the output. Thanks for everything, looking forward to bringing this to life at We Are Amnet!

GBGreat intro to GGOB Interesting and positive presentation of the GGOB principles and how to implement. Steve was an engaging and enthusiastic coach, and the real world examples brought it to life

GBThe live sessions and supporting resources. The live sessions, homework, tools, and supporting resources all made this course easy to understand. We were able to immediately implement the strategies and begin using the tools with our teams. The Scaling Up program provides structure, but is also flexible enough to make it relevant to our business.

GBOverall, very good. I think the programming that the Growth Institute offers is very good. Their teachers have been excellent. We have seen that some of the coaches are better than others but the courses are, in general, very good. My only real complaint is with the group participation. This isn't the Growth Institute's fault. This issue is endemic with these kinds of things, but when you open up the discussion to community participation there are inevitably a couple of people that just dominate the conversations - often in ways that are not germane to other participants. Keep up the good work.
