Overall, very good. I think the programming that the Growth Institute offers is very good. Their teachers have been excellent. We have seen that some of the coaches are better than others but the courses are, in general, very good. My only real complaint is with the group participation. This isn't the Growth Institute's fault. This issue is endemic with these kinds of things, but when you open up the discussion to community participation there are inevitably a couple of people that just dominate the conversations - often in ways that are not germane to other participants. Keep up the good work.

I learned so much during my time with… I learned so much during my time with the Growth Institute. I learned different techniques and different was to engage my staff and to stimulate growth from outside vendors. I loved the side groups that I was in. It was nice to work with people from all different walks of life all striving for the same thing no matter what business you were in. I would definitely recommend it!!

Thank You ! The recorded videos cover almost 80% of the live sessions. Herb & Ximena handled the sessions well but I felt that more breakout rooms activities would have opened up the group. 4 mastermind sessions are definitely less.

Immeasurable value! The learnings from the coaches & fellow students has been immensely valuable. Both Herb & Zahir are experts at what they do and bring their experiences to life when explaining course sections. As there is much to absorb, a future enhancements may be to extend the length of the course and organize around development of the OPSP. yes, everything leads to the OPSP, but in learning new terms/ways of thinking, would be helpful to orient the information to the output.
