Good stuff, though not a lot of earth shattering tactics The recording were probably most useful and informative. The live lessons were helpful, but not a lot of "meat" or tools to help move the organization significantly as was expected from the cost of the training. Was hoping for more help with building blocks, tools, etc. not just stories and theory. I get that it is tough with various industries to get too deep in the weeds.

The live sessions and supporting resources. The live sessions, homework, tools, and supporting resources all made this course easy to understand. We were able to immediately implement the strategies and begin using the tools with our teams. The Scaling Up program provides structure, but is also flexible enough to make it relevant to our business.

HIghly Recommend Master Course has been hands down the most practical and useful business course I have ever taken. With more than 20 years of experience, and hundreds of hours of classes, the master course has been the BEST. Just one of the lessons has been worth the investment. And there are dozens of points/tools that are providing outstanding ROI.

Good sessions that gave us an actionable blueprint for change! The session was good and my recommendation for improvement is to have the live session build off of the videos. It was very repetitive, almost word by word. Would have loved to have more case studies or bring in a guest that could tell their culture renovation story.
