Immeasurable value! The learnings from the coaches & fellow students has been immensely valuable. Both Herb & Zahir are experts at what they do and bring their experiences to life when explaining course sections. As there is much to absorb, a future enhancements may be to extend the length of the course and organize around development of the OPSP. yes, everything leads to the OPSP, but in learning new terms/ways of thinking, would be helpful to orient the information to the output. Great intro to GGOB Interesting and positive presentation of the GGOB principles and how to implement. Steve was an engaging and enthusiastic coach, and the real world examples brought it to life

Good stuff, though not a lot of earth shattering tactics The recording were probably most useful and informative. The live lessons were helpful, but not a lot of "meat" or tools to help move the organization significantly as was expected from the cost of the training. Was hoping for more help with building blocks, tools, etc. not just stories and theory. I get that it is tough with various industries to get too deep in the weeds.

The live sessions and supporting resources. The live sessions, homework, tools, and supporting resources all made this course easy to understand. We were able to immediately implement the strategies and begin using the tools with our teams. The Scaling Up program provides structure, but is also flexible enough to make it relevant to our business.
