We were able to immediately implement the strategies and begin using the tools with our teams. The Scaling Up program provides structure, but is also flexible enough to make it relevant to our business.

They provided insightful answers to all the questions I threw their way. If I were to change ANYTHING about this course, I would suggest reviewing some of the grammatical and spelling mistakes in some of the material. I would be more than happy to go through the course again and make notes of everything I find that needs revision. Sometimes it caused my OCD mind to have a difficult time grasping the information that was being presented.

Culture is more pertinent than ever… This course is more pertinent than ever post -Covid amid the scarcity of personnel and the shift in the importance that Human Resources and our human capital are now occupying.
