Immeasurable value! The learnings from the coaches & fellow students has been immensely valuable. Both Herb & Zahir are experts at what they do and bring their experiences to life when explaining course sections. As there is much to absorb, a future enhancements may be to extend the length of the course and organize around development of the OPSP. yes, everything leads to the OPSP, but in learning new terms/ways of thinking, would be helpful to orient the information to the output. Good stuff, though not a lot of earth shattering tactics The recording were probably most useful and informative. The live lessons were helpful, but not a lot of "meat" or tools to help move the organization significantly as was expected from the cost of the training. Was hoping for more help with building blocks, tools, etc. not just stories and theory. I get that it is tough with various industries to get too deep in the weeds.

Good sessions that gave us an actionable blueprint for change! The session was good and my recommendation for improvement is to have the live session build off of the videos. It was very repetitive, almost word by word. Would have loved to have more case studies or bring in a guest that could tell their culture renovation story.

This is as good as it gets This is as good as it gets. I've read hundreds of business books, looked at other coaching /scaling courses.
