GBMy GoldenLSAT Experience: 141->156 When I started studying for the LSAT, I was overwhelmed by the amount of prep options out there. I also knew that with my LSAT diagnostic score of 141, I had a long way to go. Thankfully, I found Mitchell through some of his AMAs on Reddit. Before working with Mitchell, my studying was all over the place. I truly felt lost and hopeless. However, Mitchell tailored our sessions and his coaching to individually fit my learning style. Mitchell is intuitive and truly interested in your success. As someone who struggles with anxiety, especially when it comes to standardized tests, I always felt comfortable with Mitchell and in asking him questions. His text check-ins helped me stay accountable and provided an open dialogue for feedback. By working with Mitchell for a little over 4 months, I was able to climb 15 points from my diagnostic, scoring a 156 on the August 2022 LSAT. Plus, he made learning LG fun. Fun is never something I thought I would associate with the LSAT, but that’s my GoldenLSAT experience.

GBBest investment to build confidence and skill Mitchell saved me throughout my process of studying for the LSAT. I seriously would not have been able to get through it without his support. Mitchell helped improve my confidence in my test-taking ability tremendously. Not only that, but Mitchell's knowledge and understanding of the test go beyond knowing the answer to each question. He understands the approach that we as new learners need to grasp the concepts. His knowledge of Logical Games is insanely impressive and he even converted me into a Logic Games fanatic as well! I always felt comfortable asking questions and never felt judged. Mitchell is understanding, thoughtful, and extremely responsive. I strongly recommend having Mitchelle as your tutor. Good luck!!

GBAmazing Tutor! Working with Mitchell was the key to getting out of my bad LSAT habits and attacking the test in a whole new way. Before working with him, I scored a 171 and struggled with maintaining consistently good scores on RC and LR. I had essentially hit a plateau. After just a few weeks (May until the June test) we trained on habits that improved my speed, which lended to better, more consistent scores. These were ways of attacking the test I had never heard about from commercially available prep books. His confidence in me and my abilities went a long way to making me feel like I could succeed. I ended up scoring a 174 on the June test thanks to his help!

An incredibly grateful student
GBFrom 140s to 99th percentile score: thanks Golden LSAT! Nearly a year ago, I started with a diagnostic in the 140s and using another test prep company/tutor was able to record my first official score in the mid-160s However, I still didn’t feel like the exam had fully “clicked” for me. After doing extensive research on tutors and different test prep companies, I stumbled across Mitchell’s AMAs on Reddit. Larger test prep companies, like the one I used, rely on too many gimmicks or shortcuts that actually make the LSAT more complicated than it needs to be. Mitchell’s AMAs exposed me to a more practical and intuitive approach to the LSAT. I knew I wanted him in my corner as I ramped up for a re-take! While working with Mitchell for just under 3 months, I was able to move my practice exams scores to the mid-170s, even notching my first 180! On the June exam, I scored a 174 official score. Mitchell’s approach to the exam is fundamentally different than other test prep entities. Using helpful analogies, intuitive strategies, and even connecting back the exam to basic reading/analytical skills (that are SO relevant for law school), he made the test both fun and rewarding. Not to mention, Mitchell really helped me get into the mindset of what it means to be a high scorer. On top of all of this, he’s incredibly thoughtful, flexible, and accessible. His primary goal is your success, not a paycheck. The cost: For many of you, a point of hesitation might be the cost (and it certainly was for me). As someone who works full-time, I allocated a larger than expected portion of my paycheck towards LSAT prep. The moment I logged onto LSAC and saw the 174, I knew it was worth it. Fortunately, this score places me at or above nearly every schools’ median. This not only means I have a shot at some of the best law schools in the country, but also great scholarship offers. In short, if you can afford it, don’t hesitate, especially if you’re just starting. If you can’t afford it, Mitchell’s AMA’s are still a great resource and even a consultation call with him can help you learn how a 180-scorer approaches the exam. THANK YOU MITCH AND GOLDEN LSAT!

GBIncredible Tutoring! Mitchell helped me improve my LSAT score from the low 160s to the high 160s after working with him for several months. He always had new approaches to working on challenging sections or questions, and they were tailored to fit my own struggles with the exam. I really enjoyed working with Mitchell and would highly recommend him to others looking for a very personalized, effective approach to improving your LSAT score.
