Navigating App Usage and Subscription Refunds: My Experience The app works smoothly and taught me some basic coding skills that I was interested in. However, I'm unsure about its depth. I decided not to continue the subscription because I stopped using it after two weeks. Unfortunately, I missed the cancellation deadline by one day. Initially, they were reluctant to refund me, but after expressing my dissatisfaction and threatening to leave negative feedback across various platforms, they refunded 11 out of the 12 months. Overall, the customer service was very friendly and effectively resolved the issue.

This is definitely worth your time! First, this company produces an amazing product. The lessons are broken into easily digestible bits that you can consume at your own pace. The content of these lessons are each important in their own right, and fit together to form the larger lesson seamlessly. Second, when I had any issue at all, they responded immediately, respectfully, and with clear concern for my issue and finding a resolution that I was happy with. The people I have dealt with directly have all been very helpful, friendly, and professional. A great app for learning A great app for learning. Sadly though, I didn't have time to use it and had to cancel my subscription only to realize that the said subscription already started. However, with their great support, they were able to help me sort it out with a refund. Nothing but great experience so far. I highly recommend it!!

Just brilliant The app is amazing. The courses are well made and i love the streak notification that keeps me engaged. Well worth the money and a good app for anyone, either you need to fresh up your knowledge or for learnig new skills. Customer service is amazing as well , quick replies and so focused on helping and taking care of their customers. Thats what a professional business looks like.
