Kind of a cool system Kind of a cool system. I did not stick with it cause life is too busy. When they charged me and I cancelled just after they were flexible about giving a refund. They only do that once so don't be sneaky!!

Navigating App Usage and Subscription Refunds: My Experience The app works smoothly and taught me some basic coding skills that I was interested in. However, I'm unsure about its depth. I decided not to continue the subscription because I stopped using it after two weeks. Unfortunately, I missed the cancellation deadline by one day. Initially, they were reluctant to refund me, but after expressing my dissatisfaction and threatening to leave negative feedback across various platforms, they refunded 11 out of the 12 months. Overall, the customer service was very friendly and effectively resolved the issue.

Perfect app and great support team This is indeed great app and great people who support it. I think it is hard these smartphone days and distractions all over to focus and study, although it is so interesting stuff to learn. I wish I had the time and learning skills to use it properly. Last thing to note the subscription model, where you automatically paying w/o noticing should be changed. The company must try to find a way to inform customers before auto renewl period

Good customer service! Good customer service! I've stopt using brilliant, but forgot cancel substription, so next subsription got payed automaticly. I've didn't want to use brilliant this year so i contacted to customer service. And got contacted to Steph. I got helped quickly, and kindly. Its nice to meet company which is not made just for taking people money. Big thanks to Steph!
