Unlocking Career Fulfilment By Shifting Your Mindset I have made more progress in the seven months of HTYC program than in the past five years. I felt restless and desperate to discover what line of work I should be doing taking into consideration all of my credentials and experience. Everything I had attempted before HTYC did not leave me fulfilled or happy. With the help of my coach Liz and a carefully crafted program of tests and exercises, sometime by session 6, I started to see the light at the end of the tunnel. I trusted the process and and at the end 3 things happened for me. - For the first time I had a deep understanding that my ideal career is right in front of me. - I asked and received the promotion in the field I was already in. (with the guidance of my coach) - I dared to pursue my passion and overcame my fear of an imposter syndrome. HTYC is like therapy but for your career. I highly recommend it to anyone who feels stuck, lost, restless at the idea of not knowing where they belong in the job market. Worth every penny. HTYC was just what I was looking for I got what I asked for working with HTYC! In the beginning, I was not sure if I was looking for a therapist or a career coach. Scott & the HTYC Team made the right recommendation to pair me with Liz. She is knowledgeable, communicative, inquisitive, compassionate and knows when to push me and how much. ;) By working together, I have gained tremendous personal growth and improved my perspectives on my career. I may have wrapping up my coaching but this is not the end of my pursuit of career happiness, whether at my current work place or somewhere else. If you are open to change, the HTYC team is very well equipped to help guide you towards a more fulfilling career path I would highly recommend the HTYC experience. I was very impressed with how thorough the intake process was to ensure the right fit. I enjoyed the personality tests but it was working with a coach one on one that really helped me make significant progress in this journey. I worked with Liz, whose openness and thoughtfulness was very much appreciated. Liz challenged my preconceived notions and guided me to find other ways to look at my work situation. I did not quit my job or drastically change my career but I made enough important changes that allow me to enjoy my work much better today than I have for many years.

I was feeling very stuck in my career & like I couldn't make new moves forward with a clear lens. After discovering the podcast, I right away knew I needed to connect with HTYC. My experience started off with Cindy, who is such a GEM. She gave me hope & helped me see my potential in our discussions. I'm really thankful for her initial guidance. She paired me with coach Jesse. When I started working with Jesse I was feeling uncertain & frazzled. Through coaching, Jesse helped me see how my skills from one career I had been in almost 20 years, could translate to SO many other career paths.
