FRWorst support ever Worst support ever, the website proudly says that the process only takes 24 hours : it took 3 entire days without even saying it to the client. Sent a support ticket, no answer at all. The only quick process is taking your money. If you want to get a good proofreading cheaper go to Fiverr.
