As my students are beginners, I appreciated how she was able to break down the aspects of the conference in a way that was not overwhelming. She boosted their confidence throughout her presentation - when I feared they would be scared off.

Bad operations, good coach Unfortunately, the experience from buying the service to getting something scheduled was very poor. The actual counselor assigned to my kid was fantastic and that was time well spent, however, the experience leading up to it was pretty bad and unprofessional and required me to send several emails and phone calls to get any response on schedule. the onboarding email scheduled a specific time when no one contacted me, getting someone live to speak to was impossible.
