Good experience It was nice to become a part of the bestdelegate team

Bad operations, good coach Unfortunately, the experience from buying the service to getting something scheduled was very poor. The actual counselor assigned to my kid was fantastic and that was time well spent, however, the experience leading up to it was pretty bad and unprofessional and required me to send several emails and phone calls to get any response on schedule. the onboarding email scheduled a specific time when no one contacted me, getting someone live to speak to was impossible.

Annoying Kept bugging me for a review when we haven’t even started yet. So, here’s your review.

AMAZING. Thank you, Best Delegate! The staff was incredibly professional and supportive and the program was excellent. My 13 year-old was thoroughly engaged and inspired by the issues tackled throughout the week; he could not stop talking about his experience. Thank you, Best Delegate!
