A wonderful relief for joint pain I have been taking GLX-3 for about two months! I have found it to be helpful with my joint pain. It was better as of the first week that I began. As time went on it even improved. I still have some dull pain from time to time but nothing to compare to the pain I had before I began. You have to give it time to work for you and each individual is different. I would recommend trying it if you have joint pain.

It's been just one week of taking Haha… It's been just one week of taking Haha Life Omega 3 and my joint pain gone but still a little stiff so I will continue to take to see if stiffness will improve also and then update my post with a 5 star rating; I'm sure.
