There should be different price packages for if you need a resume from scratch or its just a re-write like mine.

It took over 3 weeks to receive my resume after I sent the requested documents and was told I needed to pay more or upgrade for a government resume. I'm not at all impressed and will continue to do my own resumes.

Just don't At first, I was excited. Then I gave my resume to my recruiters, and they tore it apart. NO ONE makes resumes like this. It's impractical, and now that I have spoken to several people, all hiring managers, they did not like it either. I ended up making my own, and that is doing better. I am heartbroken because I spent a lot of money on something I cannot use.

Response time was also slower than I would have liked. However when I contacted the company they did reassign it to a senior writer who made the changes and turned out the final product. Have submitted the final product to a few companies but have not received an interview yet. Still too earlier to tell if it is the quality of the resume or other factors.
