USVery Poor Quality Work I ordered a Linkedin Profile and I sent an updated CV to thsi company. The first draft came back as if they had not looked at my CV. Then I pointed out the errors and 2nd draft came back with the same errors. I asked for a phone call whereby I communicated the errors and I just could not get a corrected accurate profile. So I gave up and asked for a refund, they offered a partial but I never received the refund despite my efforts, eventually gave up. Save your money

USIt isn't something that catches the eye… The resume isn't something that catches the eye, and when I submitted it into an ATS it totally missed my current position. I correctedthe wording on my own. It was a good foundation and I guess for being under $100...I got what I paid for. It's "OK"

USLackluster Performance by Resume Valley Associate I was interested in having someone take a look at my current resume and converting it to a CV as I was applying to graduate school for an M.A. in non-fiction. It was disappointing how little effort was made to create a CV that was appropriate. While my last position was in recruiting, the vast majority of my past jobs were as a free-lancer. The only job that was emphasized as far as responsibilities were concerned was my last position in recruiting. Furthermore, it's common knowledge that it's best to avoid using an adjective more than once. Long story short, it was easier to do my own revisions as opposed to working with someone who was less than committed to the job.

USStill waiting on a response back on the… Still waiting on a response back on the LinkedIn writing they are doing. They did revisions anytime I had questions. I needed something very high-level/executive format on my resume. The resume I received was the normal format with 2 pages and keywords. I felt it was still lacking as an executive-level resume as they really didn't change much other than keywords. It may have been a little overpriced from what I got. I actually landed a job using my old resume during the time they were rewriting mine.

USJust don't At first, I was excited. Then I gave my resume to my recruiters, and they tore it apart. NO ONE makes resumes like this. It's impractical, and now that I have spoken to several people, all hiring managers, they did not like it either. I ended up making my own, and that is doing better. I am heartbroken because I spent a lot of money on something I cannot use.
