Good but not great I think the customer support was very good. The resume I received was too "wordy" and the writer tried to be too glorifying - which is crossing the line into resume fluff. Also, remove all detail except for company and title for jobs i had 10 years or older was odd, especially if there was relevant experience in those roles. Overall I thought the service was good but since I had to rewrite and flow copy I do not believe it was worth $99.

Just don't At first, I was excited. Then I gave my resume to my recruiters, and they tore it apart. NO ONE makes resumes like this. It's impractical, and now that I have spoken to several people, all hiring managers, they did not like it either. I ended up making my own, and that is doing better. I am heartbroken because I spent a lot of money on something I cannot use.

I certainly would have preferred to have been able to speak with the resume writer but the phone number never worked and when they called me I was unable to get to the call unfortunately. Overall helping with the overall flow of my resume and fine tuning the layout of each bullet was helpful.
