There should be different price packages for if you need a resume from scratch or its just a re-write like mine.

I needed something very high-level/executive format on my resume. The resume I received was the normal format with 2 pages and keywords. I felt it was still lacking as an executive-level resume as they really didn't change much other than keywords. It may have been a little overpriced from what I got. I actually landed a job using my old resume during the time they were rewriting mine.

I feel that the resume writer did… an ok job. I feel that the resume writer did listen to my requests. But initially just took my own verbiage and put it on a resume template. There were 5 revisions in total, so I’m happy for the unlimited revisions that came with the offer. I’m happy to have an updated resume, but I was expecting more.

The resume writer assigned did not seem… The resume writer assigned did not seem experienced. It took multiple revisions with a great deal of rewording on my part. Response time was also slower than I would have liked. However when I contacted the company they did reassign it to a senior writer who made the changes and turned out the final product. Have submitted the final product to a few companies but have not received an interview yet. Still too earlier to tell if it is the quality of the resume or other factors.
