GBExcellent Customer Service From Day 1 I have to say from day 1 the customer service I received from Climb is phenomenal! They explain all loan details, they are patient not to mention overall super friendly! Further, They are persistent in making sure your concern on your account is taken care of right away. I was helped by Laura. Because of the pandemic, my hours at work was cut drastically. She was able to relieve my worry about my deferral form being process within the given time frame as it was nearing payment by having it processed in a fast timely manner! As a student, This is just what I need in these trying times of my life. They really care about their clients, and they go above and beyond!

GBPLEASE IT IS NOT WORTH IT PLEASE IT IS NOT WORTH IT. They are scammers with unrealistic expectations and leave you to the wolves when you are going through hard times. I tried to ask for help and they left it up to my school which my school had no plan of action for help and because it’s in between the two schools, this situation floats in limbo

GBEasy application, slow/faulty processing The process was sort of intuitive and easy enough to complete without help. However, once all of the steps were completed, both by my cosigner and I, no action was taken to process my application and it kept showing that documents still needed to be signed even though they had been signed already. It wasn't until I contacted customer service that my application's status was updated and approved. Could have been an easy and extremely quick process, but this is what caused my dissatisfaction. Not sure if my application would have ever gotten reviewed/approved if I hadn't reached out.

GBThey advertise 0% loans yet never grant… They advertise 0% loans yet never grant them. It's a scam to advertise only to heard young people in to get them to sign up for high interest loans. Do not waste your time...its a joke!

GBThey ended up selling theyre business… They ended up selling theyre business and the transition with payment process to the new company ended up costing me 60 points on my credit score and now I'm disputing it....small claims court for the credit ding... Duck climb credit
