Needed Help ASAP and Got It! I couldn’t access my loan statements due to a data migration being conducted by UAS, who is the loan servicer for Climb. This was an urgent request because I am in the process of purchasing a home and needed to provide this documentation. I reached out to Climb support directly to see if there was anything that they could do to help. Both Roy and Bianca swiftly met my urgent request with compassion and I received the documentation I needed. Bianca was particularly instrumental in making sure that the documentation met my underwriter’s requirements. I’m grateful.

They advertise 0% loans yet never grant… They advertise 0% loans yet never grant them. It's a scam to advertise only to heard young people in to get them to sign up for high interest loans. Do not waste your time...its a joke!

Worst. Lender. Ever. Don't use them. Their bill pay system is archaic and slow, despite paying loan in full the interest continued to accrue while the payment was pending. They send you to collections when you have scheduled payments. Customer service is horrible. They make it out like it's so easy, but the monthly payments are obscene, and there is no leeway if you aren't making enough to pay (they give you a max of two 3 month periods of deferment, beyond that if you don't have money they hound you). Go literally anywhere else. The sad thing is they are funded by Goldman Sachs, and they could easily update everything to at least give a decent user experience, but they don't, and an ACH transfer that shouldn't take more than 2 days takes a f***ing week.

Reasonable requirements and quick service! Was in a bind and working with another lender called Skillz Fund. They were no help and had unreasonably strict requirements. I gave one call to Climb and they quickly let me know exactly what needed to happen. Their lending requirements were very reasonable and got me taken care of super quick! Would highly recommend!
