It felt scammy at first then... paid. got no confirmation email or anything. it still says i am using a free account. contacted customer service and received no reply yet. all signs of a perfect scam. it is my fault for deciding to purchase before reading all you guys' reviews. ____________________________________________ Update: they contacted me and set me up with a new account that works.

Not responding and still charged me I reached out to Ginger more than once on August 1st to cancel my account before the charge date of August 7th and they still charged me. I also emailed for a refund and no answer! I’m trying to get in touch with them before I have to dispute the charges.

Is there any legal action I can't take against them because I can't believe they're not only scammed me with their 7 days refund policy "no questions asked" but are refusing to cancel the subscription.
