I'm a new user I'm a new user, been trying to reach them for a refund since I made a wrong subscriptions, that supposed to be 1month only. Still haven't received a response from them. Can anyone help me please? I hope this is not a scam.

You pay and you get nothing! I paid for their writing editing software 120USD and I got nothing... They did not contact me... And I contact them by email, given from PayPal but no reaction.... What should I do

It is a total scam It is a total scam. The only way to stop the automatic renewal is for you to cancel the card all together.
