I paid in full until February 2026 because, by error, you took two separate payments in February 2023. I received an email yesterday notifying me you have cancelled my automatic payments, and now I cannot log into my premium account. I emailed you on Wednesday, the 14th, and Thursday, the 15th, but I still haven't received a response. Can you please rectify the above issue? Otherwise, I will have to speak to PayPal about the overpayment. Many thanks

Worst grammar checking software ever Worst grammar checking software ever. Even worse than microsoft's own, which is crap in itself by the way. Gingersoftware to my experience was worth not using to be better in grammar and spelling. I wouldn't recommend it. I then settled on ProWritingAid which is superb. After just couple of days I straight away bought their lifetime plan. Love it.

Not responding and still charged me I reached out to Ginger more than once on August 1st to cancel my account before the charge date of August 7th and they still charged me. I also emailed for a refund and no answer! I’m trying to get in touch with them before I have to dispute the charges.
