GBI've used Ginger I've used Ginger, and it has been a good service. Can you please explain why you cancelled the subscription? I paid in full until February 2026 because, by error, you took two separate payments in February 2023. I received an email yesterday notifying me you have cancelled my automatic payments, and now I cannot log into my premium account. I emailed you on Wednesday, the 14th, and Thursday, the 15th, but I still haven't received a response. Can you please rectify the above issue? Otherwise, I will have to speak to PayPal about the overpayment. Many thanks

THYou pay and you get nothing! I paid for their writing editing software 120USD and I got nothing... They did not contact me... And I contact them by email, given from PayPal but no reaction.... What should I do
