Not responding and still charged me I reached out to Ginger more than once on August 1st to cancel my account before the charge date of August 7th and they still charged me. I also emailed for a refund and no answer! I’m trying to get in touch with them before I have to dispute the charges.

Ive been trying to cancel the… I've been trying to cancel the subscription for almost a week now and haven't an answer, all ive got is bot emails. Is there any legal action I can't take against them because I can't believe they're not only scammed me with their 7 days refund policy "no questions asked" but are refusing to cancel the subscription. Please give me some advice
