GBI've used Ginger I've used Ginger, and it has been a good service. Can you please explain why you cancelled the subscription? I paid in full until February 2026 because, by error, you took two separate payments in February 2023. I received an email yesterday notifying me you have cancelled my automatic payments, and now I cannot log into my premium account. I emailed you on Wednesday, the 14th, and Thursday, the 15th, but I still haven't received a response. Can you please rectify the above issue? Otherwise, I will have to speak to PayPal about the overpayment. Many thanks

GBThey are Scam They are Scam, they charged me an annual Subscription but i dint have updated my new Card and for my surprise, they get my new card info and i don't know how.
