Received incorrect exam access code… I didn’t receive the access code for the exam I registered instead I got access code for some other exam that is of no use to me. I registered twice and both cases same issue. It looks like your system is incorrectly linked to wrong exam. I got the refund for first time but the 2nd refund is still not processed. I went ahead and bought the study guide separately because agent recommended since the issue is still unresolved.

I did my test at home with a proctor I did my test at home with a proctor. I was not fully aware of all of the guidelines so it took some time for me to get through the whole screening process. The one thing I did not like, it that the proctor was able to turn off my printer from their location, which somehow disconnected my scanner and it was difficult to get it fixed. But, overall, it was a good experience and I was able to take the test and pass it from an environment I am most comfortable working in.

Just logged on for my first exam Just logged on for my first exam, 30 minutes before test was due to start. Went through the processes, uploaded ID etc...live chat with an agent opened. They queried my ID and said they could double check it once we went live. The screen changed to live monitoring and it shut down completely. I did everything again, had to re-upload ID etc, and exactly the same thing happened again. I then could no longer launch the exam as it was past the time limit. I spoke with an agent on live chat to complain, she has escalated it to see if I can re-book for free and given me a ticket number. There is no way I'm attempting it online again, shocking system.
