Never got my practice test results I had to reach out 3 times by email, and 5 by phone. I purchased a practice test and never got my results. I tried to get a refund and was dismissed several times. Finally after my 6th call and being put on hold I was told that because I took the test I could not get a refund, even though I never got my results!

PSI POLICIES AND REQUIRMENTS ARE REALLY VAGUE My resource book indicated to take notes during the exam. I noticed that Psi allows for a white board (for notes) which had me believe I could take notes with a pen and paper. During the exam I was told to remove the pen and paper!? Being at such a disadvantage, I cancelled the exam and technical support basically laughed at me with zero resolution. Caution! Test takers are responsible for their vague, sensitive and overburdensome policies as well as their own technical issues.

I purchased accident and health… I purchased accident and health insurance study material Nothing I studied was on the test I failed twice. I think you setup people to fail to keep making money. I hope I cam find a way to file a complaint on PSI.

Bad Customer Service Taking the test remotely with a proctor was an awful experience. The check-in took forever, I started my test & they interrupted me to tell me not to put my hand by my mouth?!?! What! On question 9 the test logged me off - it was just gone. I could not get back on, so I contacted customer service. 2 e-mails & 2 phone calls later, I got a ticket number, talked to 2 people in a different country, could not understand them & nothing was resolved. 4 days later and I have not been reimbursed or contacted. Still waiting. I went to an actual testing center, very nice people there - easy check in & passed both exams. PSI Customer Service is terrible!! I have a feeling that they will not be reimbursing me.
