CANever receive results I never receive my result by email and wasn't able to open the result on the plateform so I pay the money to never know my scorr and where was my weakness.

USI purchased accident and health… I purchased accident and health insurance study material Nothing I studied was on the test I failed twice. I think you setup people to fail to keep making money. I hope I cam find a way to file a complaint on PSI.

USBad Customer Service Taking the test remotely with a proctor was an awful experience. The check-in took forever, I started my test & they interrupted me to tell me not to put my hand by my mouth?!?! What! On question 9 the test logged me off - it was just gone. I could not get back on, so I contacted customer service. 2 e-mails & 2 phone calls later, I got a ticket number, talked to 2 people in a different country, could not understand them & nothing was resolved. 4 days later and I have not been reimbursed or contacted. Still waiting. I went to an actual testing center, very nice people there - easy check in & passed both exams. PSI Customer Service is terrible!! I have a feeling that they will not be reimbursing me.

USYour exam topics need to be updated Your exam topics need to be updated. Seriously updated. About 15% of what I studied was on the exam. I worked with Kaplan on the LSATs and the NY Bar exam, so I was really disappointed.

USThe worst testing site Upon arriving to premier testing facility I had to pay for parking. After registering with the front desk, they did not have a dictionary for me and English is my second language. During my test, I took a bathroom break, and the assistant never locked my computer screen while using the bathroom so anyone could have looked at my screen and answers. After answering all of the questions, the system never allowed me to go back to the flagged questions and I had over 50 minutes left to utilize for the duration of my test. In previous test, I was always able to go back and change my answers, especially with the flagged questions, and I had more than enough time to change any of my answers, especially the flagged ones. The front desk could not tell me why I couldn’t go back to change my flagged answers and said she would let ASWB know this occurred. The testing faculty was very unprofessional, there was only one staff member upon arriving and a second one came an hour later and there were many test takers in the room, not enough employees, the room was very small and too many people testing at the same time, and the testing location did not feel secure. While I stopped to take a bathroom break the testing faculty employee did not lock my computer.
