USNever got my practice test results I had to reach out 3 times by email, and 5 by phone. I purchased a practice test and never got my results. I tried to get a refund and was dismissed several times. Finally after my 6th call and being put on hold I was told that because I took the test I could not get a refund, even though I never got my results!

USOrdered book second time. Ordered book first time, accidentally sent to the wrong email. Called multiple times and waited weeks on end after every single worker said to wait 24 hours to check my email for a psi response with my ebook. I never got a singular email. I had to reorder since no one knew how to help.

USReceived incorrect exam access code… I didn’t receive the access code for the exam I registered instead I got access code for some other exam that is of no use to me. I registered twice and both cases same issue. It looks like your system is incorrectly linked to wrong exam. I got the refund for first time but the 2nd refund is still not processed. I went ahead and bought the study guide separately because agent recommended since the issue is still unresolved.

USI did my test at home with a proctor I did my test at home with a proctor. I was not fully aware of all of the guidelines so it took some time for me to get through the whole screening process. The one thing I did not like, it that the proctor was able to turn off my printer from their location, which somehow disconnected my scanner and it was difficult to get it fixed. But, overall, it was a good experience and I was able to take the test and pass it from an environment I am most comfortable working in.
