JPGreat company I have been a customer for more than 5 years now, and feel like I have enough data to share my experience with a summary review here at Trustpilot. Other than one incident with an honest review of a product that was rejected for no reason (even after filing a complaint about it), the experience has been stellar. The UI of the website is intuitive and so easy to navigate. The reward scheme is probably the best I have seen in any online marketing platform. The best of all is the shipment: it is lightning fast and sometimes arrived when I wasn't even expecting it, in addition to the secure packing. I sincerely want to thank the people at iHerb for your service, especially since so many of the products I need are not even available in the Japanese market.

GBI was sceptical of ordering from UK I was sceptical of ordering from UK, due to the reviews on here. But the order arrived in good time, less than a week, and one of the bags of cereal had split, after reporting an issue to their customer service, they refunded immediately. Thank you and will order again!

GBMy shipment hasn’t arrived My shipment hasn’t arrived! I tried to open my account and it has been deactivated. I have never experienced this from any other company. There is no way to talk to anyone about it and the chats were useless. It’s a huge order and iHerb has my bank card information and I have no information from iHerb other than the first email confirming my order.
