GBgreat place to shop nutritional supplements iHerb is excellent place to shop for nutritional supplements and nutrition related items. Quality of the products is good. Price of the product is always better than the other sites. Delivery process is smooth and delivery is made in time. so I have started using iHerb for most of the products which are available on iHerb.

CADo not Order from I Herb Canada I order supplements back on April 3rd and the order was to arrive between 10-13. Order did not arrive. I contacted IHerb and they informed me my account was deactivated.... After 8 days of correspondence they finally got my account reactivated and in good faith re-ordered again on April 21st. In not receiving a shipping order receipt I have contacted the two days ago. I have once again been told my account has been deactivated!!! The response re-try the order again... Nope, not trusting this company and the customer service just sends out standard replies with no human being to connect with. STAY AWAY from them.

ILIHerb has scammed me out of 60 dollars… IHerb has scammed me out of 60 dollars worth of goods and I'm currently waiting for my credit card company to get back to me regarding payment reversal which seems to be rather complicated. They claim that despite the fact that my parcel (order. I was referring to order #525267252) has arrived short of 4 products that their warehouse records indicate that they've sent it in full. Long story short, they've charged me in full for 4 missing items and now they are trying to brush my messages off. They've already refused two refunds requests and listed the reason as 'friendly fraud' which is apparently their go to excuse for ripping off customers. I suggest you shop elsewhere as you literally get what you paid for - their customer service is a bloody nightmare and they clearly don't give a toss about it.
